Hold or Attend a Meeting
- Plan your activities and meetings in advance.
- Advertise what you will be doing in your affiliate newsletter, on their website and have it announced at shows. Information can also be posted on facebook.com/nrhya.
- Ask for assistance from adults. Contact youth@nrha.com to find adult support.
- Have an agenda for your meeting that can be passed out to everyone. The agenda should contain a brief description of each item you plan to discuss.
- Use activities/icebreakers that are fun and appropriate for all ages.
Points
- 20 points will be awarded for officers.
- 10 points will be awarded for participants.
Restrictions
- Submissions must be made within 30 days of the meeting.
